Musings on March and a Motivating Work Environment

March is one of my favorite months of the year. This is partially because of college basketball's March Madness, the promise of spring around the corner and the always entertaining St. Patrick's Day. But the main reason I cherish March is because I celebrate my birthday on March 6th! My birthday has always served as a chance for me to take a step back from the hustle of life and reflect on the past year's accomplishments and experiences, and look forward to what the next year will bring.
