As a college graduate and first-time job seeker, hearing those words produced a variety of feelings within me; relief, validation and arrival were most prevalent. But in the days after I accepted v-Fluence's job offer, I started to realize the irony inherent in my new position.

A Virtually Perfect Guatemalan Adoption Story

I've been in a virtual office space for quite some time and have grown to enjoy the "responsible freedom" it entails. The flexibility that comes with v-Fluence's approach to its work environment is incredible. It means I'm able to squeeze in tasks that conventional brick and mortar work environments could make extremely difficult-and enable me to do these tasks in less time than it takes many people to drive to work.

The other day I found myself in the “zone” at work. There I was, poring over news headlines, researching Web sites and translating a complex topic into easy-to-understand prose when a foreign distraction derailed me. It was my phone ringing.
