Rachel Dobrow Papantonakis

Rachel Dobrow Papantonakis is a Senior Associate in the Washington, D.C. hub.  She has been with v-Fluence since 2004 and manages the company’s human resources and organizational development efforts.  Rachel divides her time at v-Fluence between identifying and training new hires, and defining the company’s human resources protocols to reflect the rapidly growing team member base while maintaining the company culture.  Rachel is an alumna of Boston University’s School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has also completed post-graduate coursework in Education at Salem State College.
