Randy P. Krotz
Randy Krotz brings more than 20 years of experience with corporate crisis and strategic communications to v-Fluence. As senior vice president Randy works primarily in the food and agricultural sectors along with focusing on our new business initiatives.
Randy’s career experience includes leading Tyco Healthcare communications and philanthropic programs and served on the steering committee of Tyco International’s global re-branding initiative. In this role, he oversaw internal and external communications, government affairs and philanthropic programs. Prior to his time at Tyco, Krotz was director of public relations and industry affairs at Monsanto. Additionally, he also served as the industry relations director for the National Corn Growers Association and was a product and marketing manager with FMC Corporation. Randy also brings significant government and non-profit experience to the agency. He is actively engaged in his family farm in north central Kansas.
Randy received Bachelor of Science degrees from Kansas State University and completed graduate studies at the University of Kansas. Additionally he has served on numerous food, agriculture and healthcare related associations and charity organizations. He resides in Wildwood, Mo with his wife and three children.
