Culture at v-Fluence
v-Fluence Interactive Public Relations, Inc. is a predominantly virtual company with hubs in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Diego, St. Louis and Washington, D.C.
What does a “virtual” company mean? The answer lies in both how we work and the culture that we nourish.
All of our team members work from home offices and use the latest in technology to collaborate across client projects, keep in touch and stay current on industry trends. Our teams meet regularly in their respective cities for work and play. At least twice a year, v-Fluence gathers our entire team. One of those meetings is Camp v-Fluence, held most recently in Ensenada, Mexico. This meeting focuses on training and professional development and serves as an opportunity to mix and mingle, exchange ideas and collectively shape the values we bring to our team members and clients. The second is the v-Fluence Annual Meeting, whic is similar to Camp v-Fluence but with a focus more on where we are today and how we plan to move forward.
A word of caution: v-Fluence’s culture is not one for the timid. Our clients regularly recognize us as the “brightest people in the room.” The observation is no accident. We are selective about the people who join our virtual family. We cherish team members who go the extra mile for clients and regularly examine what we do and offer solutions to help us deliver even more value.
Our culture recognizes and rewards the individual, entrepreneurial and collaborative skills of our team members. We invest in the ongoing professional growth of our team members and respect and accommodate their individual needs to achieve a solid balance between their personal and professional goals.
